Went in for a wheel alignment. $50 to inspect, deducted from your alignment price (if alignment is needed). Dealership could have easily said it needed it but were extremely honest and indicated the alignment WASNT needed. I got it done anyways due to the honesty and since I had just purchased new tires. Highly recommend as the best acura dealership in the area, where I have had not so pleasant experiences at another nearby acura.
The staff here are amazing, friendly and very knowledgeable. Provided me with several options to my purchase needs. Extremely detailed. I would highly recommend this dealership, hands down.
Fantastic experience! I previously took my CX-5 for service to the dealership I bought it from in Oakville and wasn't happy with their customer service. But this was a much better experience at Mazda of Hamilton. They did an oil change and an overall check-up on my vehicle all in an hour and went the extra mile to look at a damaged plastic cover to let me know if it needed replacing. I'll definitely be going back for the rest of my service appointments there.
