Truly, this is THE only dealership service centre that I’ll bring my car to for servicing. I find them to be actually knowledgable about how to fix cars. I also find them to be ethical and take pride in the work that they do. They are not condescending. They talk to me like a competent person and not like “some girl” who doesn’t understand cars. I drive a 2017 Kia Optima. At the time of writing this, it is nine years old and has 270K kms. This car still runs very well, and that’s because of the folks here at this particular Kia dealership. This place is often busy with cars coming in for routine maintenance - that is an excellent sign of a service centre who is excellent at what they do.
